Television

I've used a range
of my skills for TV including illustration, set dressing and model-making

I've been involved in the media since a young age, helping to create a council video about drugs and alcohol.

This is a cue card I illustrated for use by presenters in the CBeebies House.

I illustrated the earth and satellite images seen on the fake displays of this set piece.
Experience designing for all ages

Trained by the BBC to operate a camera

I illustrated the gingerbread Hackers and peppermint swirls for the set of CBBC's Hacker's Crackers Christmas panto!

I was tasked with creating some ancient artefacts for a museum in the show 'The City and The City', artefacts of an ancient but highly advanced civilisation. A community that had robotic insect technology. These props were created from various objects, including sand, liquid latex, paint, old watch parts, and other bits and bobs.
I created the 'Need Koffee' graphic in illustrator for a t-shirt that was scripted to be used in the show. The programme was set in a fictional European city, and the language in this image was created (not by myself) to fit that.

I formed part of a county council team that created an informational video about the dangers of drugs and alcohol for young people in Flintshire.
I sourced the things we used in the video in the place of vomit and drugs and helped to dress the set, as well as helping to film the video, record the sound, and create the illustrations for the DVD. I was also involved in ideation sessions where we wrote the plot as a team, and featured in the video itself!
